Senior AI/ML Product Manager (f/m/x) – Indra Program

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

Indra is Deutsche Bank’s flagship programme for safely scaling artificial intelligence. As part of this programme, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build shared AI services used across the bank. Your work sits at the intersection of technology, business and control functions, enabling thousands of developers to deliver innovative AI solutions quickly and responsibly while maintaining the highest standards of governance.

Your key responsibilities

• You own the vision, strategy and roadmap for scalable AI shared services across Deutsche Bank

• You partner with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to translate AI opportunities into user‑centred products that deliver measurable value

• You run lean experiments and proof‑of‑concepts, applying customer‑centric evaluation methods to validate ideas rapidly and iterate

• You manage the backlog, prioritisation and delivery in an agile environment, balancing new features, technical debt and risk/compliance needs

• You define and track success metrics, using data and feedback to continuously optimise performance, cost and reliability

• You champion responsible AI practices and ensure every service meets the Bank’s regulatory and control requirements

Your skills and experiences

• Several years of product management experience, including leading Generative AI and machine‑learning products in financial services or other regulated environments

• Strong technical understanding of AI and machine learning principles, encompassing model development, deployment, governance considerations, and the intricacies of generative AI

• Proven ability to apply customer‑centric discovery and design techniques to identify unmet needs and shape solutions

• Track record of influencing diverse stakeholder groups and landing consensus across business, technology and risk functions

• Hands‑on experience with agile delivery: writing user stories, managing backlogs, prioritising for impact

• Business‑fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
