Firmenprofil
Our client, a global Tier-1 banking group, is currently overhauling its EMEA Operating Model. This is not a "business as usual" maintenance project; it is a fundamental reconstruction of how the bank delivers value across borders. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who acts as the "Methodical Engine"- someone who can take a high-level strategic vision and translate it into granular, high-performance Value Streams.
Aufgabengebiet
- TOM Implementation: Execute the redesign of the Target Operating Model across multiple domains (e.g., Compliance, Wholesale Operations, Support Functions).
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Conduct end-to-end analysis of banking processes to identify bottlenecks and design "To-Be" workflows that drive efficiency and Straight-Through Processing (STP).
- Business Logic & Requirements: Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, ensuring that the Business Architecture remains consistent across the EMEA region.
- Process Orchestration: Work closely with IT and low-code/BPM platform teams (e.g., Camunda, PEGA) to automate the newly designed Value Streams.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) from Front-to-Back Office to align local requirements with the regional "North Star."
- Change Impact Analysis: Assess how TOM changes affect the organization (RACI, Governance, Reporting) and support the rollout across different EMEA entities.
Anforderungsprofil
- TOM Track Record: You have at least 5+ years of experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Consulting) and have participated in multiple TOM or large-scale transformation projects.
- Methodological Depth: You are a master of Lean Management, BPMN 2.0, and have a proven ability to map complex Value Streams.
- Analytical Powerhouse: You can deconstruct a "messy" current state and rebuild it into a clean, logical, and audit-proof target state.
- Banking Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of core banking processes (e.g., Onboarding/KYC, Payments, Credit Lifecycle) and regulatory frameworks (BaFin/ECB).
- Mindset: You are a "Safe Pair of Hands" with a "Challenger" edge - someone who delivers high-quality documentation while questioning the status quo.
- Communication: Excellent English skills are mandatory
Vergütungspaket
- The "Engine Room" of Change: A role where your analytical work directly impacts the bank's bottom line and operational resilience.
- Skill Expansion: Deep exposure to state-of-the-art BPM tools and cross-border transformation methodologies.
- Career Path: A clear trajectory towards Lead Business Architecture or Strategic Program Management within a global institution.
