Als Senior Consultant (m/w/d) SAP SuccessFactors berätst du unsere Kunden in der öffentlichen Verwaltung und Privatwirtschaft. Du übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle für die sowohl fachlich als auch technisch erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Kundenprojektes und bist Ansprechpartner für die Projektleitung, das Projektteam und das Kundenmanagement bei Implementierungsprojekten von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central und weiteren SAP SuccessFactors Modulen wie zum Beispiel Time Management oder Payroll.
Deine Aufgabe beinhaltet insbesondere:
- Verantwortung sowohl bei der fachlichen Analyse, der technischen Konzeption als auch bei der Implementierung von (Best Practice-) Lösungen für SAP SuccessFactors
- Beratung und Unterstützung des Kunden und des Integrations-Teams bei Core-Hybrid-Projekten (Integration zwischen SAP HCM und SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
- Eigenständige Konfiguration des SAP SuccessFactors Moduls Employee Central und weiteren SAP SuccessFactors Modulen wie zum Beispiel Time Management oder Payroll
- Durchführung von Workshops mit Stakeholdern, Demonstration von Best Practices und Schulung von Anwendern
- Begleitung und Umsetzung von internationalen Rollouts
- Mitwirken in Bid-Teams zur Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Angeboten durch Expertenwissen
- Maßgeblicher Beitrag in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Junioren und der Entwicklung innovativer Themen

Your Profile
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschafts-Ingenieurwesen oder ähnliche vergleichbare Qualifizierungen.
Daneben bringst du folgende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte End-to-End-Projekterfahrungen bei der Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central bei nationalen und internationalen Kunden
- Ausgeprägte übergreifende Kenntnisse in der gesamten SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM Modullandschaft sowie tiefes Verständnis ihrer komplexen Datenmodelle und der Systemzusammenhänge
- Zertifiziert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central und mindestens in einem weiteren Modul
- Umfassende und fundierte Erfahrung sowohl in der Umsetzung von SAP SuccessFactors im Greenfield- und als auch im Core-Hybrid-Ansatz
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise nach Projektmanagement-Standards sowie Erfahrung mit agilen (Projekt-) Methoden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (mindestens Level C1) und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Level C1)
