• Successful degree in engineering with a focus on process, mechanical or chemical engineering or industrial chemistry
• Profound professional experience as process engineer / lead engineer with extensive experience in the field of process engineering
• Very familiar with the handling of complex engineering projects (ideally Basic and FEED Engineering) - including task sharing and interfaces between the engineering disciplines and the areas of procurement
• Ideally experience in process simulation tools
• Farsightedness, analytical strength and strong organizational skills
• Ability to set priorities, delegate tasks and make well thought-out decisions even in time-critical situations
• Strong communicator, responsible leader who enjoys sharing knowledge and continuously expanding own horizons
• Fluent in English is a must
• Willingness to travel internationally
