A growing renewable energy developer is hiring a Senior Project Developer to manage large-scale solar and BESS projects from site identification through permitting and grid connection. The role covers land securing, municipal coordination, budgeting, and delivery through planning and approval.

You will lead stakeholder negotiations, manage planners and consultants, prepare documentation, support grid applications, and control timelines and costs across multiple projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in PV project development and German permitting

• Background in planning, geography, or related fields

• Strong German skills and structured working style

• MS Office (GIS a plus)
