Your prospects:

Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- You support existing customers, conduct cold calling, and are willing to travel to on-site customer appointments.
- You present our services over the phone and through detailed online presentations.
- You further develop sales strategies in collaboration with your experienced sales colleagues from other business areas.
Your profile:
- You have at least two years of sales experience in HR consulting or services, ideally in temporary employment or as a 360° consultant.
- You are interested in sustainable sales for customers in the construction and engineering sectors.
- You can communicate eloquently in German: in person, by phone, and by email.
