Practical Information :

Location:   DACH, multiple locations | Language Requirements:  Professional level German and English  written and verbal |   Work Arrangement:  Hybrid , and w illingness to travel (up to 15%)  

As our new ServiceNow Architect, you will play a key role in our delivery team, owning the overall platform design and translating client business needs into technical solutions. You will ensure the architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures across modules such as ITSM, ITOM & ITAM

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight across ServiceNow projects

• Design integration architectures (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Service Graph Connectors)

• Define and maintain platform architecture principles, standards, and guardrails

• Collaborate with client stakeholders ( Platform Owners, Product Owners , Architects) to present designs and align solutions

• Support pre-sales (ITSM/ ITOM/ ITAM), including scoping, sizing, documentation approval, and production release sign-off

• Deliver ServiceNow demos to clients, showcasing platform capabilities and solutions

• Act as trusted advisor for customers and senior stakeholders
