• Maintaining and updating Portfolio dashboards and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike)
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement discussions
• Supporting project onboarding and closure activities, including the documentation and archiving of Project Data
• Technically developing and enhancing Program Management processes and reporting using Wrike Integrate and Power BI
• Technically developing and enhancing the Automation rules in Wrike software
• Supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Assisting in preparing project documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Helping with project coordination, follow-ups, and task assignments
  
  

• Bachelor or Master student in the filed of Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in one or a few programming languages
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Tools
• Comfortable in reading and understanding moderately complex technical logics (Visual Basic, Power Automate)
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• General technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility and creativity to work in program structures
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• First experience in project management and Wrike software would be a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills; German language skills would be a plus
