Responsibilities:

• Lead supplier oversight to safeguard third-party relationships and ensure robust risk management frameworks are in place.
• Develop tools for compliance monitoring, deliver training sessions, and coordinate risk assessments with internal audit functions.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and communicate promptly with regulators as needed.
• Evaluate contingency plans and guide process improvements to drive organizational efficiency.
• Develop tools, templates, and reporting standards for third-party risk management.
• Conduct regular stakeholder training and assist in defining effective monitoring measures.
• Oversee business unit monitoring activities using KPIs and KRIs.
• Support second line of defense controls and evaluate outsourcing assessments and strategies.
  
  Qualifications:
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance within financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Fluent in German and English is a must, with experience in multicultural environments.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with local regulations such as KWG, MaRisk, DORA, EBA, etc.
• At least three years of experience in compliance or outsourcing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in delivering training sessions and reviewing processes for improvement.
