Für den Institutsbereich IT-Support suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt am Standort Freiburg Verstärkung mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsverständnis als
Studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d)
in Teilzeit (10-12 Stunden / Woche)
Schwerpunkte Deiner Arbeit
Du unterstützt die interne IT bei der Betreuung sowie Erweiterung der IT-Infrastruktur:
- First-Level-Support : Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen der Mitarbeitenden im IT-Ticketsystem
- Fehleranalyse und -behebung : Unterstützung bei einfachen Hardware- und Softwareproblemen
- Installation und Konfiguration : Einrichten von Betriebssystemen, Standardsoftware und Updates
- Geräteverwaltung : Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Inventarisierung von Hardware (Laptops, Headsets)
- Dokumentation : Erstellen von Anleitungen, FAQs oder internen Prozessbeschreibungen
- Projekte : Mitwirkung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und Softwaretests
Dein Profil
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Informatik oder in einem verwandten Studiengang
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft Office und Microsoft Teams
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Notebooks, Monitoren, WebCams und Headsets
- Interesse an IT-Support und Problemlösungen
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Deine Verfügbarkeit beträgt idealerweise zwei Tage pro Woche
Unser Angebot
Wir bieten Dir einen fundierten Einblick in die Arbeitsweise der IT am Öko-Institut, in dem Du Deine Kompetenzen einbringen und wertvolle Erfahrungen für Deine berufliche Zukunft sammeln kannst. Eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung sowie eine kontinuierliche fachliche Betreuung sind für uns selbstverständlich. Die Bezahlung liegt bei einem Stundensatz von 15,50 Euro und ab dem vierten Beschäftigungsmonat erhältst Du auch Weihnachtsgeld. An Deinen Arbeitstagen kannst Du in unserer kostenfreien vegetarischen Kantine essen. Der Arbeitsvertrag ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet, kann aber verlängert werden.

Application documents at the Öko-Institut e.V. are treated confidentially and in accordance with data protection regulations. We process your application data in order to be able to assess whether you have the suitability and professional performance for the position for which you are applying (Article 6 para. 1 letter b DS-GVO). The information you provide will remain with us and will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptions to this are the cases in which we work together with order processors (agencies) within the scope of application procedures.
