Salary: Depending on professional experience - open to juniors and seniors; for many years of experience up to a maximum of 110.000 €

We are looking for an FPGA Engineer (m/f/d) for our client (a global market leader in industrial production technology).

• Development of FPGA concepts and modules for industrial power supply generators

• Verification and testing of the hardware modules you have developed

• Modeling and simulation of algorithms for digital signal processing

• Participation in the development of new device platforms

Must Have:

• Degree in electrical engineering or similar

• Professional job experience in FPGA development

• Knowledge of VHDL

• Understanding of architecture (structure of FPGAs)

• Very good English skills

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of embedded software and C/C++ programming

• Knowledge of Python

• Experience in high-frequency or power electronics

• Very good German language skills

• Key supplier in global semiconductor manufacturing -> Excellent market position enabled and driven by technical innovation

• Work on highly complex FPGA architectures with a focus on VHDL and signal processing

• End-to-end responsibility: from specification to architecture, implementation, and verification

• Visibility of your own work: you can see the effect your feature has on the end product

• Know-how transfer in an interdisciplinary environment: collaboration with embedded software, power electronics, RF, mechanics, etc.
