We are looking for YOU as Autonomous Production Unit (APU) Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Friedrichsdorf.

These challenges await you:

• You manage team induction, competence development, and autonomy through training and follow-up actions.

• You ensure adherence to safety, work instructions, and quality standards, escalating issues as per protocols.

• You lead meetings, annual reviews, succession planning, and promote continuous improvement.

• You foster a positive work environment and recognize team achievements.

• You enforce health, safety, and environmental rules, and oversee equipment maintenance.

• You ensure customer satisfaction, SQCDM performance, and profitability by meeting and improving targets.

• You lead daily problem-solving, ergonomic risk elimination, and action plans to enhance SQCDM metrics.

• You contribute to project industrialization, ensuring smooth startups and layout optimizations.

You inspire us with that:

• You have a master’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial, Mechanical)

• You have several years of professional experience in the production area

• You have very good knowledge of MS Office

• You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, TPM, Standard Work, 8D etc.)

• You have very good analytical skills, as well as the ability to solve problems

• You have very good communication skills

• You speak German and English fluently
