To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Head of Tool and Mold Making (m/f/d). The position reports to the Technical Managing Director .

• Technical and disciplinary management of toolmaking and tool design with currently 30 employees
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling the design, manufacture, service, and commissioning of our injection molding and silicone tools
• Preparing quotations for injection molding and silicone tools and providing technical advice to our customers
• Monitoring of new tool construction projects
• Coordination of cooperation with upstream and downstream departments, cost control
• Analysis and continuous improvement of tools and processes in toolmaking
• Enthusiasm for new technologies in toolmaking and injection molding technology

• Successfully completed technical degree or successfully completed technical training as a tool mechanic (m/f/d) with corresponding further training as a technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in the toolmaking environment – ideally tools for the medical/pharmaceutical sector
• Independent and structured way of working, initiative, and very good analytical and organizational skills
• English language skills for supporting international customers
• Team and communication skills, high level of commitment and flexibility, as well as strong implementation skills
