Description
We are looking for several tool mechanics (m/f/d) to join our team with immediate effect.
Responsibilities
Tool mechanics (m/f/d) specializing in mold technology manufacture and maintain industrially customized molds for the series production of various parts.
In the field of mold technology, tool mechanics (m/f/d) manufacture molds, mostly from special steel alloys, for the metal or plastics processing industry. To do this, they manufacture individual molded parts by machine and/or manually according to technical drawings.
They operate production machines, program computer-controlled production centers, and develop special workflows and programs.
They check the individual parts for precision and function and assemble the metal parts into a complete mold. They also repair damaged and worn molds and maintain machines, testing equipment, and tools.
As metal experts, they know the specific properties of metals and apply the machining process best suited for precision.
Qualifications
You have at least a secondary school diploma, are skilled with your hands, and have technical understanding. You are flexible, independent, and reliable.
