We are looking for YOU as Working Student (m/f/d) - Logistics Engineering & SC Continuous Improvement for our location in Friedrichsdorf .
These challenges await you:
Contribute to logistics engineering and continuous improvement activities to strengthen flow stability, standardization, and productivity
Take ownership of organizing supermarket/shopstock routines to support smooth feeding to production—including layout/standardization topics, visual management, and deviation follow-up
Coordinate supplier communication and actively follow up on ASN and labeling topics (data completeness, timing, deviations), strengthening the connection with suppliers and preparing escalations when needed
Drive transport protocol creation and follow-up, support transport invoice control and contribute to transport optimization initiatives
Maintain key trackers and provide reliable data/reporting to support weekly follow-ups (actions, deviations, recurring issues) and improvement priorities
Contribute to quality and risk awareness in logistics processes (including risk assessment and FMEA inputs where required) and support claims-related follow-up by collecting facts and tracking actions to closure
Maintain and update work instructions / standardization after changes, issues, or improvement actions, ensuring updates are clearly communicated to stakeholders
You inspire us with that:
Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
Hands-on mindset, structured working style, and proactive communication
Very good English; good German skills are highly appreciated
Confident everyday use of Google Sheets / Excel; interest in working with operational data
Interest in plant logistics, practical problem solving, and continuous improvement
Nice to have: first exposure to ERP/SAP, Lean methods (5S, Standard Work, Kaizen), 2D CAD systems
