Job description
- You will be responsible for independently setting up and operating the Hermle C52MT 5-axis CNC machining centres
- In addition, you will monitor the complex manufacturing processes and the technical operational readiness of the machines and tools used
- Furthermore, you will control the specified CNC programs and implement them safely, taking into account the highest quality standards
- Regular dimensional and visual inspections during ongoing production are part of your tasks to ensure production quality
- You will identify defective components at an early stage and report deviations immediately

- finally, you document all measurement and test results as well as relevant production data for the complete traceability of all parts produced
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the operation of 5-axis machining centres, ideally of the Hermle brand
- technical understanding and precision in dealing with complex production plans characterise your independent way of working
- you have a good to very good knowledge of German and a mandatory knowledge of English
- you also have a high level of quality awareness for the requirements of the international aviation industry
- for this position you have a valid work permit and a residence in Germany
