Tasks:

• Independent planning, preparation and implementation of quality meetings
• Initiation, implementation and review of quality assurance and improvement measures and, if necessary, initiation of corrective measures
• Participation in the systematic further development of the quality assurance system
• Analyzing and implementing quality management requirements
• Supporting production areas with quality-oriented design
• Independent development and analysis of statistics / KPIs

Skills:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of quality management, mechanical engineering or alternatively completed technical vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) with qualified further training as a technician (m/f/d) or similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality management desirable
• Specialist additional qualification (DGQ quality manager, 6-Sigma, or similar) desirable
• Knowledge and application of common quality methods (e.g. 8D, 5W)
• Careful and quality-conscious way of working
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
