Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value at SSI by tackling complex challenges within the Platform & Infrastructure department. This is a highly hands-on role (no coding), working in close alignment with the department head and collaborating with architects and teams to drive our most critical initiatives from idea to execution.
- Lead high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with architects and teams to define what needs to be done and how to deliver it efficiently.
- Define and evolve execution frameworks and best practices.
- Set and manage priorities across teams to ensure focus and alignment.
- Identify and remove execution blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Promote a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Track progress and report key execution metrics to leadership.
- Support change initiatives and foster communities of practice.
Profile
- Proven track record of leading initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Passion for agile methodologies & values (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Thrives on change and new challenges.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about enabling others.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%).
