The position contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring transparency, effective communication, and systematic tracking of schedules, costs, and risks in alignment with the company’s priorities and the strategic objectives.

• Supporting the planning and structuring of projects (schedules, work packages, milestones)
• Preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, presentations, and decision documents for own projects
• Organizing, preparing, and documenting project meetings and tracking follow-up actions
• Coordination with internal departments, external service providers, and other stakeholders
• Supporting schedule and cost monitoring as well as tracking overall project progress
• Assisting in the identification, assessment, and follow-up of project risks
• Supporting the improvement and standardization of project management processes and documentation standards

• Successfully completed technical or commercial vocotional training, or a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable
• First professional experience in project management or technical development, e.g., through internships or working student roles
• Basic understanding of technical development processes, e.g., product development
• First experience with project management tools such as Jira, Planview Adaptive Work, or MS Project is a plus
• Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and modern communication tools
• Fluency in German and Englisch, both in written and verbal communication
