About the Role

A leading HR technology and consulting firm is seeking an experienced UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Lead to manage large-scale UKG Pro and WFM implementations and provide hands-on technical leadership.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring deep product knowledge of UKG Pro (HR, Payroll, and Time) and UKG WFM (Dimensions, Ready, or Advanced Scheduling) . The ideal candidate will combine technical mastery of UKG platforms with strategic leadership skills to deliver enterprise-level solutions that transform workforce operations.

You will lead complex UKG Pro + WFM projects end-to-end , translate business requirements into scalable system designs, and mentor teams while developing tools and best practices for efficient, repeatable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management implementations for enterprise clients (10,000+ employees).

• Serve as the primary functional and technical lead for all UKG Pro and WFM solution components.

• Translate complex client requirements into configurable, scalable UKG Pro/WFM solutions that meet business needs.

• Configure and integrate UKG Pro (HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits) and UKG WFM modules with downstream systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, analytics).

• Develop implementation tools, templates, and frameworks to improve efficiency and standardization across clients.

• Act as the face of the project , managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating executive-level discussions.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , data validation, and client training sessions specific to UKG Pro/WFM.

• Mentor consultants and analysts, providing hands-on coaching in UKG configuration and best practices .

• Ensure all project documentation, configurations, and deliverables are complete and compliant with UKG standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing and leading UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions – this is a must-have.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale UKG implementations (10,000+ employees).

• Strong technical expertise in UKG Pro HR, Payroll, and Time modules, plus UKG WFM (Dimensions, Ready, or Advanced Scheduling) .

• Deep understanding of UKG integrations , data structures, and reporting frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into UKG technical configurations .

• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams.

• Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple implementations.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen .
