Reception Manager Front Office (m/f/d) | full-time | immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Warm, professional guest service – from the welcome to the farewell
• Management and organization of our front office team
• Motivating, supporting and developing your colleagues
• Working closely with housekeeping, service and management
• Ensuring our quality and service standards
• Optimizing internal processes and the entire guest journey
• Developing new ideas for guest loyalty
• Reservations, correspondence and other administrative tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
• Several years of front office experience, ideally in a managerial role
• Passion for excellent service and a warm demeanor
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and hotel or PMS systems
• Very good knowledge of German; other languages are a plus
