Your contribution to guest happiness
You give our guests a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
You ensure a service-orientated and hospitable working style throughout the reception team.
You communicate effectively with all departments and ensure a seamless flow of information.
You deal professionally with guest complaints and always keep an eye on guest satisfaction.
You take over shift management and ensure clear processes.
You will familiarise new employees, trainees and interns and support their development.
You will be responsible for cash management, daily closing and administrative tasks.
You work confidently with our Protel hotel software and use Hotelkit for internal communication.
This will take you to the top with us
Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable studies.
Professional experience at reception, preferably with management experience.
Open, cordial demeanour and enjoyment of guest contact.
Structured, organised way of working and strong communication skills.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
Knowledge of MS Office, Protel and Hotelkit
Willingness to work in shifts.
