Your tasks:

• Technical preparation of customer-specific inquiries
• Technical design and cost estimation for quotes and orders, as well as complaint management
• Customer service, technical advice
• general correspondence via email and phone

Our requirements and expectations:

• Completed technical training (e.g., HTL diploma in mechanical engineering)
• 3 years of professional experience in a technical field
• Knowledge of drive technology is a plus
• proficiency in MS Office
• Written and spoken English skills are a plus
• Enjoy direct contact with customers
• Independence, resilience, a structured approach to work, and absolute reliability

For this position, we offer a monthly full-time salary of at least €3,500 gross (we are willing to pay more depending on your education and professional experience).
