To support the Logistics Department at the KARE Head Office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück), we are looking for an administration assistant (*) for shipping to start immediately on a full-time basis .

To support the Logistics Department at the KARE Head Office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück), we are looking for an administration assistant (*) for shipping to start immediately on a full-time basis .

Your tasks:
- Preparation and checking of shipping documents (delivery notes, freight documents, customs documents)
- Processing of national and international shipments
- Organization of pickups and monitoring of deadlines
- Coordination with warehouse, logistics, freight forwarders, and internal departments
- Optimization of shipping processes
That's why you fit into our team:
- Completed commercial training; focus on freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage
- Knowledge of customs and export processing
- Professional experience in shipping or logistics is desirable
- Confident use of merchandise management or ERP systems
- Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken German, other languages are an advantage
