Application Manager (f/m/x) Retail/E-Commerce System

• Ensuring smooth operation of our EH and E-Commerce applications including their interfaces
• Efficient implementation of our requirements in the system and support of our key users
• Close cooperation with other departments and external service providers
• Analysis of data, maintenance of master data and optimization of processes
• Implementation of training courses and documentation of important processes

• You have completed training or a degree in IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have initial experience in the administration and support of business applications, ideally in retail or E-Commerce
• You understand how business processes work in a company and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and find creative solutions
• A good command of German is important, knowledge of English is an advantage
