Your tasks
In Business Line Advanced Analog Solution (BL AAS), we focus on high precision sensors for automotive, medical and industrial applications. The role involves managing key projects, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring the BL AAS priorities are met. It includes strategic planning, project management, and overseeing special initiatives.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborating with the BL Head to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment across the organization
- Project Management: Overseeing special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals
- Decision-Making: Supporting the BL AAS MT in making key decisions and providing analysis
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to organizational processes and procedures
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate, and build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to analyze situations, identify key issues, and develop solutions
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve problems, ensuring the company's operations run smoothly
Who we are looking for
- Higher education degree BA, Master or similar
- Experience in High Tech, Semiconductor or Automotive industry preferred
- Microsoft tools proficiency required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction
- Entrepreneurial drive and with excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Fluent business English mandatory, other languages added value
