To support our franchise e-commerce team in the KARE head office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück) we are looking immediately for a full-time e-commerce and partner manager (*).

Your tasks:
- E-commerce & partner management (international)
- Supporting and arranging our franchise-partners in all e-commerce-related matters (onsite, newsletters, Google & Meta ads, social media)
- Coordinating technical projects in collaboration with IT, marketing, and external partner
- E-commerce management & onsite performance
- Ensuring performance across all digital channels (shop, newsletters, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media)
- Analytics & reporting
- Preparing and tracking all relevant e-commerce KPIs for partners
- Preparing and conducting quarterly meetings and year-end analyses with partners
- Process Management & Scaling
- Supporting the introduction of new markets in close collaboration with the tech team
- Communication & Presentation
- Presenting results, strategies, and concepts, as well as conducting masterclasses, partner training, and sales pitches in an international environment
That's why you fit into our team:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce environment, ideally with an international focus
- In-depth operational expertise in digital commerce and a good technical understanding – you are confident in CMS systems, online marketing tools, and analysis environments – Power BI, Excel
- Analytical thinking and confidence with numbers – you can interpret data and derive clear recommendations for action
- Communication skills and enjoyment of working with international partners
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to understand complex relationships and implement them in a practical manner
- Business fluent German and English skills
