We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and social-first thinker to serve as a bridge between our global creative team and our local markets across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
This role is the bridge between our global creative operations and our regional market teams. There are over 300 channels operating globally on behalf of Garmin that post thousands of posts every year. You won’t be responsible for the management of a single channel but will work with the across the region to support Garmin’s global social strategy and assist local markets in their day-to-day needs.

YOUR TASKS
- Content & Asset Management: Partner with the global social media team to ensure content is distributed to regional markets in a timely and structured manner, and manage the social asset management tool (Sprinklr), including tagging, structuring, and reporting on asset usage and version control.
- Stakeholder & Market Communication: Act as the key point of contact between global teams and EMEA markets, ensuring regular communication of campaign concepts, strategic updates, performance results, and day-to-day support for local market needs.
- Strategy & Performance: Recommend, analyze, and support the implementation of region- or market-specific organic social strategies, while tracking KPIs and delivering regular reports with actionable insights aligned to Garmin’s business objectives.
- Campaign & Launch Coordination: Support the final steps between production and publication of social media assets by collaborating with Global Creative, Global Advertising, Emerging Markets, and EMEA MarCom teams for key campaigns.
- Platform & Operational Support: Coordinate monthly status updates across global stakeholders and support regional and global social media projects, including technical issue resolution and alignment between organic and paid social strategies.
- Content Creation: Experience in creating social media content is highly valued
YOUR PROFILE
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and formats (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Knowledge of Digital Asset Management or Social Governance tools (Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, Adobe, Widen, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Experience in digital or social media at an agency or corporate setting preferred
- Excellent English and German skills
- Highly organized, proactive, with strong presentation and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the activities that make up Garmin’s audience on social media – Running, Hiking, Fitness, Cycling, etc
