We are looking for YOU as Product Technical Leader (m/w/d) Front Office, Infotainment for our location in Garching.

These challenges await you:

• Lead the software delivery and clean project management with IVI

• Apply the PDP process according to CLEAN Project Management

• Ensure robust design aligned with economic targets

• Conduct and coordinate necessary design reviews across all involved networks

• Represent R&D towards the customer and translate customer requirements internally

• Create detailed scheduling, activity breakdowns, and milestone planning

• Manage budgeting, monitor spending, and identify resource and equipment needs

• Assign work packages and manage daily activities of all R&D contributors

• Report progress and escalate issues to the project manager or R&D manager

• Strong experience in R&D project leadership within a structured development process in the field of Infotainment

• Solid understanding of design robustness and standardization principles

• Proven ability to manage planning, budgets, and resource allocation

• Skilled in customer interaction and translating customer needs into technical actions

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contributors

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to drive design reviews and ensure alignment across technical networks

• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex project scopes
