YOUR TASKS

• You take full responsibility for your products—from the vision to the roadmap to implementation. In other words, you develop solutions that are relevant to the business and focus on the user
• You understand the needs of our users, partners, and the business, and use this understanding to develop holistic product solutions that create sustainable added value
• You know your KPIs and measure the success of your products based on outcomes with clear business and user impact in order to continuously develop existing products
• You are part of an independent Product Trinity and work closely with the business owner and technical owner. Together with the development team, you implement the best solution, not just the first idea that comes along
• As a product owner, you prioritize, give the team clear direction, and are also an active participant in technical discussions
• As part of the Core Loyalty Domain, you design standardized core components and services that enable other domains to integrate loyalty functionalities faster, more efficiently, and with less complexity
• You manage internal stakeholders, understand their requirements, and translate these into clear product visions, user stories, and technical requirements
• You are the interface between business, data, tech, and analytics, ensuring that everyone is pulling in the same direction, and are therefore the central point of contact for your products—technically, strategically, and operationally
