About the Role

As a Working Student Electronics Executive Support, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support travel and meeting logistics, and contribute to the organization of strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into high-level decision-making and support impactful projects in a dynamic, international environment.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking, itineraries, and expense tracking
• Support calendar management and scheduling for leadership team members
• Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, and events
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up documentation
• Maintain and update organizational tools and documentation
• Support communication and coordination across departments and with external partners

What You Need to Be Successful

• Structured and proactive working style with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Interest in mobility, electronics, or procurement topics
• Enrolled in a university program, ideally in business, management, or a related field
