The Role:

Join us as a Contracting Senior Specialist for Cloud Compliance Management (f/m/d) and play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and trust that drive our business forward. You'll be part of the Head of Governance, Compliance & Certifications (GCC) core team and engage closely with a highly skilled team of managers and experts dedicated to navigating complex regulatory environments.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination.
• Serve as primary contracting point of contact for our leadership team; ensure clear scope, deliverables & timelines
• Initiate and maintain robust and commercially sound contracts with key audit and consulting firms, in collaboration with the Global Purchasing Team
• Support and advise on RFP development, vendor evaluation, and selection
• Drive contracts through internal approval and governance processes
• Manage compliance projects & outcomes across the cloud compliance functions
• Support development and execution of the compliance strategy and transformation roadmap

What you bring :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business administration/economics, computer science, natural science, engineering or related
• Prior experience in compliance topics is not necessary but an advantage
• Interest in managing contracts and supplier relations
• Strong expertise in organizational- and project management
• Agility, openness, and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, result orientation, and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to build a culture of trust throughout all levels of exchange
