• You will be involved in a full lifecycle of product discovery, from creating insights based on feedback from partners, customers, or other stakeholders to the delivery of product and collection of insights on new feature adoption and customer satisfaction

• Working in the new Harmonized Product Operating Model

• Act as a business analyzer of customer requests, contribute to discovery results, support with the translation of them into business deliverables

• Thought leader and SPOC for key initiatives – ensuring smooth and efficient roll-out / -in with the wider PM and Engineering teams

What You Bring

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in the software industry, preferably in a SaaS organization with Product Management; strong CEO mindset

• Sound expertise in one or multiple of the core topics mentioned above is required; ideally in a 3+ year consulting or pre-sales role

• Academic Excellence: Bachelor's or Master’s degree(or equivalent)

• Excellent people collaboration & leadership skills and ability to deal with high pressure from internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent verbal, communication skills with the customers, partners and internal teams, as well as board/executive level presentation skills

• Ideally, an international track record showcasing that you can effectively relate to multicultural teams

• Strong customer focus with previous exposure to key customers, as well as partner orientation

• Ideal : Sound understanding of the development process in S/4HANA Cloud – being able to team up with all relevant stakeholders and drive the delivery of outcomes

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with demonstrable success in previous positions

• Understanding of how to develop a product strategy and a product roadmap based on developing strong market expertise for a topic or product area

• Proficiency in using JIRA for product management and roadmap planning

• You take ownership and drive concepts and topics independently

• Team player who can lead without authority, strong network builder and extraordinary stakeholder management capabilities

• Fluent or near-native English language skills

The mission of SAP Cloud ERP Product Management team is to drive and grow SAP’s core business as a market leader in cloud ERP. We are responsible for defining product scenarios based on market and target customer needs and translating them into consumable product requirements for engineering teams. We work hand-in-hand with our engineering and product marketing teams, as well as with our customers and partners on continuously improving our SAP Cloud ERP product. Product Management is the authoritative voice of the legitimate challenges customers face, evangelizing an outcome-based product vision and roadmap that truly solves customer pain points by creating products that delight, yet serve the needs of SAP.

· Customer Advocacy: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, customers, and partners to enhance the product, driving an adoption centred vision and roadmap.
