ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible

• Develop and implement a global IT strategy that supports business objectives and drives digital transformation and digitization projects for the USA and Germany
• Manage and further develop the global IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, applications and security
• Leading and developing a highly skilled IT team that supports the company's requirements and provides future-proof solutions
• Identifying and implementing innovative technologies, methods, and processes at our locations worldwide
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and standards as well as information security
• Working closely with the Management Team to align and integrate IT strategy with business objectives
• Budget responsibility on a global level

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or comparable management qualification is a plus
• At least 8 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing IT strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architectures, cloud technologies, and information security
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Business fluent in German and English
