ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in an hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible

• Lead and develop the Controlling team both professionally and disciplinarily
• Oversee company-wide financial controlling including planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Act as a key sparring partner to the CFO and provide regular reporting to executive management and other stakeholders
• Continuously improve controlling processes, systems and tools to support business needs and scalability
• Implement a state-of-the-art internal and external reporting system
• Provide strategic insights and decision support through comprehensive financial analysis
• Act as a Business Partner to operational and functional teams across the organization
• Support investment decisions and M&A activities with financial modeling and analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements within the controlling scope

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in controlling, ideally in a dynamic and regulated industry (e.g., Biotech, Pharma, MedTech) in an international environment
• 5 years of in-depth experience with modern ERP and BI systems
• Experience with M&A activities, integration, reorganization and/or divestments, restructuring
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a related field
• Anticipate obstacles, develops contingencies, and ensures smooth execution
• Ensure high-quality standards and recalibrates when necessary
• Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics to drive results
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans
• Consider long-term impacts and implications beyond the annual horizon
• Evaluate strategic consequences of decisions
• Adjust plans based on new information or changing conditions
• Adapts influencing style to different stakeholders
• Identifies and resolves conflicts early through direct, individual dialogue
• Seeks to understand all sides of an issue or disagreement
• Proven leadership experience with an empathetic, proactive style
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities combined with a hands-on mindset
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
