What you can expect

• Professional responsibility for service controlling for the global service organization and the associated entities, including ensuring transparency and effective steering
• Development and management of an effective operational service controlling in cooperation with international business partners and central stakeholders
• Acting as Finance Business Partner for the Global Service Business Unit, working closely with management and bringing financial perspectives into decision-making processes at an early stage
• Preparation of financial and performance data in a decision-oriented manner and derivation of strategic as well as operational recommendations for action
• Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, thereby providing a reliable basis for the sustainable further development of the service areas
• Continuous enhancement of KPI reporting to make performance measurable, particularly with regard to revenue, margins, customer profitability and technician efficiency
• Preparation and evaluation of business cases (e.g. product launches, investments, customer projects) as well as contribution to pricing strategies, discount structures and measures to optimize costs and margins in close collaboration with the business functions

What you need to succeed with us

• Completed university degree in Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Several years of solid experience in controlling or a finance environment, ideally in an industrial or service-related context
• Experience as a Finance / Controlling Business Partner with direct collaboration with business stakeholders
• Confident handling of margin, pricing and forecasting topics as well as business cases
• Very good knowledge of Excel, ERP systems (ideally SAP) and BI tools such as Power BI
• Ability to clearly explain complex data and translate it into actionable decisions
• Clear, confident communication at eye level – also in an international environment
• Very good German and English language skills
