For a client in banking we are looking for a CRM Assistant Private Banking (Africa Desk).

Tasks

• Overseeing and supervising client accounts on a daily basis, such as fiduciary placements, overdraft facilities, payment processing, e-banking access, and credit card services
• Processing and executing client instructions across various asset classes (equities, bonds, foreign exchange) as well as fund subscriptions
• Managing client correspondence and reporting, including account statements, performance reports, and confirmations of trades and payments
• Implementing and monitoring discretionary portfolio mandates
• Conducting periodic KYC reviews, coordinating document renewals, and supporting CRMs in interactions with internal stakeholders (compliance, central file, etc.), with particular focus on higher-risk clients
• Coordinating and tracking the account opening process for individuals, corporates, and complex ownership structures
• Contributing to marketing initiatives by supporting the promotion and follow-up of investment products and solutions in collaboration with internal partners (SPS, trading desk, Edge Lab, etc.)

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or a related field
• Initial professional experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Avaloq is considered an asset
• Proven ability to assess issues, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working under pressure and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus
