Your Responsibilities

• Manage financial and regulatory audits of asset managers, management companies and traditional, real estate and alternative funds
  
• Actively participate in defining the audit approach and ensure that the audit is completed in full compliance with auditing standards and methodology
  
• Play a key role in leading, supporting, and coaching your teams to achieve collective goals and foster continuous professional development
  
• Prepare audit files for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or Boards of Directors
  
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, providing expert advice on technical accounting and regulatory matters
  
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and help clients adapt to new requirements, including ESG reporting and other emerging trends

Your Profile

• Swiss Certified Public Accountant qualification or an equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA)
  
• At least 5 years of professional experience in external audits of entities and vehicles of the Asset Management industry
  
• A passion for fostering a collaborative coaching culture, with a strong ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues while sharing knowledge
  
• A strong affinity for IT and digital tools, with hands-on experience using Big Data tools such as Alteryx or Power BI to drive digital transformation and enhance audit processes
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; proficiency in English
  
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing regulatory and technological environment
