About the Role
Our client is an innovative Swiss technology company shaping the future of Air Traffic Management. They are developing next-generation radar visualisation, flight plan management, and decision-support tools to empower air traffic controllers globally.

As an ATM System Architect, you will play a key role in designing scalable, reliable, and cloud-ready software architectures, guiding the engineering team, and ensuring solutions meet industry best practices and safety standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and document System/Software Architecture standards and guidelines

• Analyse requirements to create comprehensive architecture designs and maintain documentation

• Design top-level software structures and guide implementation

• Collaborate with verification, compliance, and safety teams to ensure robust solutions

• Organise product roadmaps and propose improvement strategies for legacy systems

• Support consulting missions to provide architecture guidance to clients

Your Profile

• 5+ years in software development and distributed systems

• 3+ years as a System Architect, ideally in critical or real-time systems

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience with DevOps tools: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)

• Experience in Air Traffic Management is an advantage
