Client Service Specialist EAM

Aufgaben

Supporting relationship managers and external asset managers (EAM) / Dealing with day to day client administration / Executing payment orders, trust accounts and their renewal, FX transactions, stock market transactions, asset transfers, credit card payments, etc. / Monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up / Managing accounts, including account opening / Ensuring customer due diligence as well as KYC, AML, FACTS/QI and CRS/AIA administration / Checking KYC data before and after new entries / Reviewing EAM client profiles and maintaining files / Coordinate meeting, preparing documentation for client meetings / Transferring data from the CRM application to the KYC upgrade tool / Ensuring governance, risk management and compliance controls.

Qualifikation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree / Paralegal, Commercial Lawyer or Finance Professional / Professional experience in private banking or asset management / Knowledge of investment products, onboarding, file and form controls, CDB 20, KYC, ALM, FATCA, QI and CRS / Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills / Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office and Excel / Reliable / Able to meet deadlines independently and systematically / Team-oriented and customer-focused approach to work / Ability to work with various stakeholders and interact effectively with clients / Fluent in English and French.
