We are looking for an experienced Jet Fuel Operator to join an international trading company active in the energy sector. Based in Switzerland, this role is central to the execution of physical trades across Asia–Europe routes, ensuring efficient, compliant and timely delivery of jet fuel cargoes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong shipping and documentation expertise, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and multicultural trading environment.

Your mission :

• Manage all operational aspects of jet fuel cargoes from deal confirmation to final delivery
• Coordinate with shipping teams, terminals, inspectors, and agents to ensure smooth cargo execution
• Handle all trade documentation (Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, customs documents, certificates, etc.)
• Maintain operational schedules and tracking tools to monitor shipments and anticipate potential delays
• Ensure all activities comply with contractual terms, quality standards, and regulatory frameworks
• Provide operational support to traders and collaborate closely with colleagues across regions
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, efficiency, and knowledge sharing within the team
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication

Your profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations within a trading environment, ideally focused on jet fuel or related refined products
• Solid knowledge of shipping logistics, incoterms, and trade documentation
• Experience managing long-haul supply chains is a strong asset
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple shipments simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a direct and multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Ability and willingness to take on coordination and mentoring responsibilities over time
• Hybrid working model (office + home office)
