Aktivitäten

PAYMENTS

• Checking and controlling payment orders against counterparties invoices.
• Daily payment of margin calls (exchanges & bi-lateral).
• Approval of payments, including overhead settlements.
• Daily matching & cash reconciliation of all accounts.
• Monitoring cash deposits requirements and forecasting to ensure business adequacy.
• Supporting and coordinating month end processes.

FORECASTING & REPORTING

• Assessing the daily cash position.
• Aged debt monitoring, reduction & reporting.
• Support with any other in-house reporting in coordination with the management.

FOREX

• Help to scrutinise, oversee & follow up of currency hedging concerning physical & paper trading operations & overheads.

SYSTEMS & PROJECTS

• Work along with other Treasury colleagues in IT project developments aimed to optimise our Treasury tools.
• Ensure bank accounts are connected to our ERP system.
• Use on a daily basis VBA, PBI, Python, etc to extract and display Treasury data that are to be shared with internal stakeholders.

KPIs

• Bank fees analysis, payment volumes and disbursement analysis, reduction of aged debt, etc.

BANKING

• Maintenance of banking relationships, including update of KYC, Delegation of Authorities, electronic platforms, actively participating in the opening and closing of bank accounts, resolution of payment queries and ongoing assessment of service levels.
• Administration of bank accounts & payment procedures to ensure efficient & secure financial operations.

OTHER

• Provision of support for all Treasury activities, including help during internal and external audit processes.
• Bring up to date and maintain procedures and bank documents.
• Support ad-hoc Treasury projects.

Accountabilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payments, receipts & hedging transactions.
• Ensure completion of the daily bi-lateral margining process.
• Provision of treasury forecasting and reporting.
• Management of aged debt process.
• Maintenance of bank mandates, KYC and treasury systems.
• Ensure all procedural documentation is in place and remain up to date.
• Provide cover for all treasury activities.

Job dimensions

Daily cash management of gross receivables & payables, ensuring timely payment and receipt of funds.

Relationships, KYC and DOA with multiple banks covering active bank accounts in multiple currencies.

Daily management of FX balances.

Analysis and management of treasury reporting.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

The post holder will report to the Senior Treasury Coordinator, working alongside other department.

• The Job Holder should have a first degree or equivalent, preferably in a business, mathematical or scientific discipline or alternatively at least 1-3 years’ experience in a treasury or accounting role.
• Strong IT knowledge: Microsoft Office, PowerBi, PYTHON, VBA etc.
• To pay attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
• Fluent in English, French is a plus.
• The candidate should be able to work under pressure and remain the calm in stressful situations while keeping a clear mind.
• A good team player and leader with trading mindset (teamwork, agility, drive by result, courage, risk appetite and open-mindedness). The position involves direct contact with all trading counterparts to agree settlements and ensure no significant collections positions are built up.
