Your mission:

In this role you will ensure our operations meet the highest regulatory standards, support audits, and drive continuous improvement—making a real impact in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain Means of Compliance (MoC) criteria to ensure adherence to applicable operational regulations.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Regulation Management within Operations, analyzing applicable regulations and coordinating feedback.
• Collaborate with the Operations Compliance Manager in managing regulatory and compliance processes.
• Coordinate and prepare for audits, including participant briefings, documentation, and follow-up on findings with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Proposals (CAP).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and compliance processes in collaboration with corporate departments.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in business, management, aviation, or a related field; advanced qualifications in Operations are a plus.
• Solid understanding of the aviation regulatory environment, particularly within Europe and Switzerland.
• Resilience: continue to work toward goals despite challenges and setbacks.
• Communication: adapt communication to context and stakeholders, using clear and concise language to convey your message.
• Building relationships: invest time to truly care about others, maintain and take care of your network.
• Excellent command of English (C1), any other official Swiss language is an asset.
