For one of our clients, we are looking to recruit a Grains Trader.

Your mission :

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers and suppliers in the grain sector
• Analyse market trends, including supply, demand and price drivers, to identify and capture trading opportunities in EMEA
• Negotiate purchase and sale contracts, oversee transaction execution, and ensure quality standards, specifications, and deadlines are met
• Work closely with logistics, finance, and inspection teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain
• Identify and manage financial, logistical, and compliance risks associated with the grain trade in EMEA
• Regularly organise and undertake international missions

Your profile :

• 4 to 8 years of experience in grain trading; exposure to EMEA is mandatory
• Ability to critically analyse market data to make informed trading decisions
• Exceptional negotiation and maritime chartering skills, with a history of successfully closing transactions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
• Fluency in English mandatory, any other languages an asset
