About DuoDay

DuoDay is a national initiative promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities by pairing them with companies for a full day of job shadowing . At TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping, we are proud to participate in the 2026 edition, offering candidates the opportunity to discover our teams, our work environment, and our mission — with no hiring obligation.

This oneday experience is designed to raise awareness , encourage mutual learning , and allow participants to build confidence in a real professional environment.

Aktivitäten

As a DuoDay participant, you will join one of our teams to discover their daily activities and the diversity of jobs within TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping. Depending on the team you join, your day may include:

• Observing daily workflows and team interactions
• Discovering our digital tools and operational processes
• Understanding how teams collaborate
• Participating in shadowing sessions, discussions, or practical demonstrations
• Learning about the energy trading environment and our global activities

Teams participating in DuoDay 2026 include:

HR, IT, General Services, Internal Communication, Trading Operations
