MSC has decided to launch Program OneVision, a commitment led by MSC Geneva, to review their operation and information systems from a central point. Adding or modifying key concepts, technical components and functionalities will allow this solution to become the standard MSC Group solution. We have two open position available, We are looking for new IT Project Managers to work with the Program staff and the offshore Application Development Teams to ensure Business Requirements are met and Project is completed under his/her responsibility on time, within budget and according to the expected quality assurance standards. As IT Project Manager you will coordinate and facilitate the delivery of OneVision Agency solution, operational management IT solution for MSC Agencies. Some of your key responsibilities.

• You will take full responsibility of Project deliverables.
• You will develop full scale plans and timelines.
• You will manage resources allocation, coordinate staff.
• You will define and maintain tasks and resource requirements.
• You will establish a trusted relationship with Business Owners and Experts, to ensure their full understanding, participation and commitment to the Project.
• You will manage budget in man-days.
• You will adopt and promote a pragmatic approach in solving issues.
• You will manage and document (scope, planning and budget impact) potential Change Requests Anticipate and manage risks, in coordination with the Program Risk Management practice., Your title is Project Manager - and that's exactly what we're looking for. This role is not for Program Managers or Product Owners.

Do you have experience in IT infrastructure?, * At least 4 years' experience leading IT projects preferably Software deployments.

• PMO best practices understanding.
• PMI, Prince 2, MSP, or any PM relevant certification is mandatory to be considered.
• Excellent communications skills (at any hierarchical level).
• Strong stakeholder management ability.
• Highly structured and results oriented.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Fluent C1 min or Native English a must.
• You are eligible to work in Switzerland, EU or Swiss citizenship or valid work permit. No Sponsorship for candidate outside of EU.
