We are looking for a meticulous and driven Finance Planning & Analysis Senior Reporting Analyst to join our Maison. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in reporting analysis, with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience, preferably within an international environment.

A passion for leveraging automation and data insights to elevate financial processes is essential.

We value proactive, autonomous, and business-oriented individuals with high standards in terms of communication and collaborative abilities. Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI and Looker, as well as forecasting solutions like Anaplan, is paramount. A strong working knowledge of Excel, with comfort in data extraction, processing, and modeling, is also required.

Fluency in English is a must. Furthermore, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to work with and engage colleagues to achieve Maison’s targets.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Controlling Director, as an FP&A Senior Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing Maison’s FP&A processes through automation and data analysis. You will be the point of contact for IT/IS tools and will work closely with the worldwide FP&A team, IT and external resources teams. In this function you will:

• Anticipate and address FP&A Maison & Regional reporting needs by developing and implementing automated reporting dashboards (Power BI) using complex data sets.
• Coordinate the maintenance of automated reports and dashboards, adhering to IT and security guidelines.
• Develop training for existing users.
• Serve as the Maison Finance HQ point of reference for the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) deployment, formalizing needs, participating in workshops as well as testing.
• Support the Maison Anaplan implementation in coordination with developers and key users, and managing the Van Cleef & Arpels Finance Anaplan application.
• Work on controlling projects such as the coordination of the mid-term strategic plan (MTSP), providing technical support and improving simulation tools.
