Mission
The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, mapping existing processes, and ensuring seamless migration to the new platform. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, business processes, and IT systems, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. The candidate will also support the business in testing, documentation, and the development of best practices for IT business analysis.
Main responsibilities
Analysis and Mapping:
Conduct detailed analysis of existing client data flows and processes.
Map current workflows to the new CDM system, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of existing processes, migration plans, and new workflows.
Develop user guides, process manuals, and other supporting materials for the new system.
Testing and Validation:
Work closely with the business and IT teams to define test plans and scenarios.
Support the execution of testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure that all issues are identified, documented, and resolved before go-live.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Best Practices and Standards:
Develop and promote best practices for IT business analysis within the organization.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.
Support and Training:
Provide ongoing support to business users during and after the migration.
Conduct training sessions to ensure users are comfortable with the new system and processes.
Profil
Your Profile
Technical and Analytical Skills:
Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Client Data Management systems.
Experience with data migration and transformation projects.
Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.
Communication and Coordination:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to coordinate among diverse teams, including business users, IT, and external vendors.
Experience in conducting workshops to gather requirements and align on solutions.
Documentation and Process Design:
Expertise in creating detailed documentation, including process flows, business requirements, and test plans.
Familiarity with tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar for documentation and workflow design.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Experience in defining and executing test plans, including UAT.
Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
Project Management and Organization:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
