To continue the continuous improvement of the performance of its products and the cutting-edge technological park necessary for their realization, the industrial management of the Group is strengthening its Research and Innovation team.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a member of the Digital Technologies Stream within the Richemont Group Research & Innovation Department, you will lead innovative projects in the field of digital technologies. As part of your main missions, you will manage complex technological projects, contribute to the development of new digital solutions, ensure their validation, and support their deployment within the Group's Maisons and entities.

Agile Project Management

  • Define and structure the assigned projects (objectives, deliverables, planning, risk analysis) according to the methodology used
  • Ensure the monitoring and management of projects
  • Coordinate actions between R&I, external partners, and the Maisons
  • Write project documentation and formalize the results at each key phase

Development and Technical Expertise

  • Design, develop, and validate POCs and prototypes with a system vision
  • Define and execute test plans to validate the proposed solutions
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise on the key technologies used in luxury digital applications
  • Actively participate in the design and development of technical solutions, bringing software development capabilities
  • Imagine value propositions by placing the customer experience at the center of the reflection

Monitoring

  • Ensure constant technological monitoring by identifying key technological trends and opportunities
  • Evaluate the potential of new technologies for the Maisons

Collaboration and Communication

  • Lead technical working groups, facilitating communication and collaboration between the various actors
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, including top management
  • Prepare clear and concise technical reports to communicate project progress and results obtained

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a higher education in computer science or system engineering or equivalent.
  • You demonstrate significant initial experience in the development of digital solutions, ideally in the luxury sector.
  • You have the following technical skills:
  • Software programming skills (web or mobile applications, HTML, JavaScript, Python, API, WebXR or equivalents)
  • Knowledge of version control, code review, and testing tools
  • Knowledge of software architectures and databases
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
  • You are able to work independently and take initiatives.
  • You have a strong interest and experience in managing technological innovation projects.
  • Comfortable in French and English (oral and written), you enjoy sharing your knowledge within collaborative and multidisciplinary teams. Eager to contribute to the technical challenges of the luxury industry, you are results-oriented, curious, analytical, and innovative. Your sense of organization and your communication skills will also be essential keys to your success.

    Position based in Neuchâtel, with regular travel in the Jura Arc (30%).

    We offer a position for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal.
