We are looking for a Quality Management Clerk (m/f/d)
for our client as part of a direct placement .
Job description
- You will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards and processes
- You will analyse and optimise processes
- You will also carry out internal audits to assess quality assurance
- Processing complaints and communicating with customers:
- you are responsible for the monitoring and measurement of quality indicators
- you take care of the implementation of quality controls and tests
- you are responsible for the preparation of quality documents (test protocols, plans, reports, FMEA, etc.).You are responsible for
- developing and implementing measures for continuous quality improvement
- training employees in quality standards and processes falls within your remit
Requirements
- You have completed training or a degree as a quality manager (m/f/d), auditor (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You also have sound knowledge of quality management methods (e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF)
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork and organisational skills round off your profile
